David Bartholomew

I am a professional photographer based in Tunbridge Wells with over 25 years of experience in architectural, commercial, and event photography. My journey began with a passion for capturing moments, evolving from traditional film to digital techniques alongside early Adobe Photoshop expertise. I pride myself on being approachable and adaptable, often integrating seamlessly with clients' teams to deliver tailored visual solutions. My portfolio spans diverse sectors including architecture, performing arts, product photography, and corporate events across Southern England, Scotland, Europe, and the US. I specialise in creating compelling imagery that highlights the unique character of each subject, combining technical precision with artistic flair. Clients benefit from my extensive knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques to achieve impactful results.

I maintain a flexible approach, offering both studio-based product photography and on-location services using portable equipment. My commitment to quality is demonstrated through my work on high-profile projects such as the Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Learning Centre and Paramount Place developments. I actively collaborate with clients to understand their vision, ensuring the final output meets their specific requirements while maintaining creative integrity. My dual online presence through commercial and personal portfolios showcases the breadth of my capabilities, from urban exploration to architectural documentation.
