Neil was born in Aberdeen and has lived in Longside, Aberdeenshire, his entire life. His interest in photography began during secondary school, and he went on to study Electronics Engineering. However, his passion for photography led him to set up his own business, utilizing his skills and knowledge to offer a full spectrum of professional imaging services.
