What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer four packages: Bronze (£500) for half-day coverage, Silver (£850) with album, Gold (£1200) for full-day with parent album, and Platinum (£1500) including videography and drone footage.
Do you charge travel expenses?
We charge a flat rate of £20 within Merseyside and £40 beyond. Travel costs are included in packages for locations within these areas.
How long does editing take?
Image editing typically takes 3-4 weeks, with proofing available online. Videography editing follows a similar timeframe for final delivery.
What equipment do you use?
We use professional Canon EOS 1D X and 5D Mark IV cameras with L-series lenses, supported by Godox lighting systems for optimal image quality in various conditions.
Can I get RAW files?
We don't supply RAW files directly as they require professional processing. All delivered images are fully edited to our high standards before client receipt.
What's your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit secures your date, with full payment due before the event. We offer flexible rescheduling options and maintain insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
